Liquid culture mycelium is like the already developed roots of the fungi itself. In this sense, the liquid culture has already got a head start on the growth process. The spores still need to become mycelium. This makes for quicker colonization times for liquid culture mycelium, where as multispore syringe inoculation can take a very long time.

Sterile Rye Bags
Sterile and pasteurized grow mediums. Please note all items are made to order and may take a few days to ship. All items are uploaded in front of a laminar flow hood for cleanliness. Soaked for 24 hours then simmered for 15 minutes with dolomite lime, then sterilized in an all American sterilizer twice steam cycled and pressured at 17 to 20psi for an hour and half.

Our agar plates are supplied another local mycology shop called fresh from the farm. All orders of agar plates are made to order.
Comes in packs of 4 or 12 and a selection if Mae, PDA, or PDA charcoal. Other agar plate types coming soon.
Give your mushrooms and extra boost with the homemade substrate. A mixture of coco coir, vermiculite, dolomite lime, peat moss, worm casting, and aged horse manure for those extra flushes. Pasturized at 165 to 175 degrees for an hour and a half.
